The Common Treasury will promote and ensure the fiscal security of our Economy being organized into three parts containing a Board of Trustees, Regional Councils and Local Forums.

Regional councils and committees are responsible for coordinating activities on the local level along with the formulation of policies as it relates to our entire economic infrastructure.
