Every Citizen is entitled to the Rights, Privileges and Protections provided under The Common Constitution with an ability to submit motions, bills and proposals using our Common Forums.

Each proposal will go through a series of sequential steps representing increasing levels of consensus from our community.

Governing Agents provide support and essential resources to the people of The CommonWealth while acting as localized hubs for our citizens with common goals, interests and backgrounds.

Agencies form their own structures and can distribute their own Agency Tokens backed and held by The Common Treasury.

Engineers & manufacturers

Common Citizens providing value to the community using their unique talents in arts, science, business and technology.

These are the creators and innovators of The CommonWealth spending their time on "passion projects" that provide solutions to the individual problems that affect how we all live on a day to day basis.

Liquidity
Providers

The investors and financiers of The CommonWealth Economy providing the liquidity needed to grow our community.

Liquidity Providers are incentivized by the possibility of profit from longterm gains and the ability to collect fees from trades and transactions occurring in within our Collective Ecosystem.

These are the individuals and organizations that are seeking to benefit from potential arbitrage opportunities that may arise in or between different localized markets.

We, the Citizens of The People's CommonWealth, in order to secure and protect our Natural Right to Life, Liberty and Individual Sovereignty for not only ourselves but for our future generations ordain and establish this Constitution as an attempt to form a harmonious consensus that benefits all who assume the responsibility of upholding this constitution over the course of their natural lives.

Therefore, we declare that whenever a Governing Administration becomes an obstacle to these rights, rather than a guarantor it shall be the people’s responsibility to alter or abolish such an administration and institute a new one for restoring the Rights which we consider innate to all sentient beings.

The Legislative Assembly

All Legislative power shall be vested in the people who will nominate and elect a body of representatives every 2 years called the Legislative Assembly to draft and submit bills and resolutions to an open forum to be edited, debated and confirmed by The Common Citizens via consensus voting.

The Common Council

The Common Council maintains all executive power and responsibility, being governed by a formal body consisting of Directors from each Commissionary Committee and is maintained and overseen by a Lead Consul who also acts as the Head of State & Chief Supervisor of The Common Trust.

The Judiciary Commission

Supreme judicial power shall be vested in the Judiciary Commission any rulings can be overturned by a majority vote of citizens, Courts shall first and foremost protect the Rights of Citizens and other Members by upholding the Constitution and any laws passed in accordance therein.
